Options for Loose Skin, Redness, and Sun Spots?

I'm nearly finished with a 6 course treatment of Aluma for tightening and IPL for redness and pigment, but not seeing any changes. I want my skin tightened, redness around nose removed, sun spots removed, and laugh lines made smoother. Will Obagi work for these goals? I have been to so many doctors and each one has a different solution. I'm so confused! Please give me some advice before I waste any more money, or worse. Thanks!
