Best Skin Tightening Procedure for Lower Face?

I'm trying to decide between Fraxel Restore, Fraxel Repair, CO2 Laser, Thermage, or Titan. I'm trying to tighten up the areas around my lower face mainly, but also around my eyes. I have heard from numerous people that Thermage is a waste of money. Which is the best buy for my money? I don't need a facelift, just a little tightening. I'm also going to have upper and lower blepharoplasty as soon as I find a doctor that I like.
