Skin Tightening for Older Patients

I have been exercising (weights and bicycle riding) and dieting (eat anything I want but just eat less of it) for a number of years and have lost about 100 pounds. As a result, I have a lot of loose skin. For younger people the skin is resilient; however, for those who have a few years on them, the skin isn’t quite so resilient. I am a 72 year-old male. Are there any procedures that can help?
