Skin Tightening and Contouring After Double Chin Liposuction?

How much time does the skin take to completely tighten and contour after the double chin liposuction? Its been 3 months post op for me and now since all the lumps / firm areas are gone from under my chin (which were the result of the liposuction procedure) , I am feeling the skin slightly loose and soft underneath. Would it tighten with time? If so, when can I expect to see the final results. I am a male 30 years old. Thanks Mann
