Skin Product Allergy (TNS Recovery)

After a long Realself search, I came to the conclusion that TNS Recovery was the best choice to protect my Fraxel Restored skin. I am still having a little residual hyperpigmentation especially around the eyes (2 months out). Unfortunately, my derm only pushes her products (topix/replenix repackaged). Anyway, I tried TNS for about 3 1/2 weeks. My face broke out and my pores appeared larger. Should I give it another shot or is this the sign of an allergy? My skin is very product sensitive :(
