How to Make my Face and Body Even-toned?

I am an African-American, and I was brown-skinned when I was a baby. Now, I'm a teenager, and I see that I am way darker, but only on my face. The rest of my body is brown, but my face is kind of dark. I also have sensitive skin. Is there anything I can do to make my face and body the same tone?
