Skin Lightening Injections and Pills

hello , I'd like to lighten my skin all over and even it out .. I heard about the skin whitening injections .. i'm not sure of how effecient they are .. what do they contain as actives ? How about skin lightening pills , would taking the UVA-URSI (arbutin) extract might help ? i'd like to take it as it's beneficial for the urinary and kidneys.
