How Do I Know if my Skin is Too Lax for Results from Titan?

I had mini brachioplasty along with some liposuction on my arms about 3 yrs ago and they look worse than before. They are smaller but there is loose skin from the armpit to below my elbows. I have never gained or lost weight--5'7" and weigh 124 but my arms appear as though I have had huge weight loss because the skin is so lax. I am reading that the Titan can help tighten arms unless the skin is very loose. How do I know to what degree? I want to do this so badly but it's expensive. Thx
