Dear Doctors, 1) does skin hardening and swelling have to do with internal pus production? 2) if some cream moisturizer gets into a deep cut e.g. during a surgery, will it lead to skin hardening and swelling of the subsequent wound? Will it lead to formation of milia? 3) what can be done to alleviate such skin hardening and swelling? 4) how long does it take for the hardening and swelling to be completely gone with and without (3)? thanks!
