Skin Grafting for Stretch Marks?
Is some sort of skin grafting or treatment in which skin is grown an option for severe stretch marks?

Using lasers for stretch marks
My ideal treatment for stretch marks employs two different lasers used in my practice. These effectively reduce stretch marks on the abdomen and arms.

Unfortunately, skin grafting not yet available for stretch marks
At this time there is no technology viable for controlled regeneration of the dermis to repair stretch marks. The best current modality is the removal of the the damaged skin but a skin graft will usually demonstrate a result which is less favorable than the stretch mark.
