How Long Does It Take for Skin Folds to Go Away After Upper Bleph?

3 weeks post op upper bleph, but the one eye that had more excessive skin still has an extra fold of skin. Will this go away? Could it still be swollen? It doesn't appear to be swollen, though. Help! I'm afraid that I may need to have surgery again on this eye.
