Fraxel and tightening of skin

Fraxel Restore is safe for resurfacing of skin off of the face. It may provide better texture, color and improve fine lines. Tightening is not a consistent benefit. Fraxel Repair is not as safe for areas off of the face but certainly may provide more tightening than Fraxel Restore.  Thermage, radiofrequency, is designed for tightening tissues on the body as well as the face.
