What size pillow is recommended for putting between the seat belt and chest for going home?

It is not necessary to pad your seat belt for the ride home. You will likely have padding from your postoperative dressings however discuss this with your plastic surgeon. #BreastReduction #PlasticSurgery 

Just a small amount of padding is appropriate.  The seatbelt still needs to perform its function in the event of a crash.

Hi Iowa Gal,If your seat belt is comfortable, you shouldn't need any padding.  I don't want to contradict your PS, so follow their instructions to the letter.  If your PS wants you to have a pillow, then get specific instructions.  We use a quick recovery approach which can avoid extra steps postop. See video and web reference below.  Be
