I am currently a 32DD and considering a reduction and lift becuase I am saggy and it affects my neck and back a little. However, I still want a womanly figure and don't want to be disproportionate. What size would best suit my frame?

Breast Size after breast reduction
It is very important to communicate your size goals with your surgeon. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or “C cup” or "fake looking" means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.

How to pick breast implants.
How to pick breast implants:
1) This is the most common type of question on RealSelf.
2) It is the surgeon's job to pick the right breast implants, not the patient's. Implant selection is really pretty technical.
3) Make sure your surgeon REALLY understands the look you want. Mentioning a cup size is not enough. Show your surgeon pictures of breasts you like.
4) Then your surgeon has to tell you if your chosen look is realistic for your anatomy...

Breast Reduction Size
It is difficulty to assure a patient of any specific cup size with any breast surgery, whether a lift, augmentation ,or even a reduction; as there is no "standard" among garment manufactures regarding bra sizes. I inform patients that reducing and lifting the breasts to a proportionate size is more realistic and an overall safer outcome. It sound as if you already have a good perspective of this, but be sure to discuss this with your surgeon.
