Breast size after removing tissue
It is hard to predict what cup size you would be after surgery. In general a very large breasted patient ideally can get down to a "D" or "C" range. Anything smaller would probaly look funny.

How big after breast reduction?
You can achieve any size you want during breast reduction. The goal should be proportionality of the figure.
Remember: you will gain relief from neck and back pain, bra-strapping, etc. not just from a decrease in size but also because the breasts wil be higher on your chest (perkier) and held closer to your body.

The real question is what size do you want to be. I have found that most women that state "DDD" usually are actually much larger than the bra size. Custom fit bras are expensive and most women just find one that works in the store. I would discuss what size you want to be with your surgeon and decide if that is OK with or not.

Cup Size After Reduction
No one can answer your question with certainty. For one thing, there is no uniform cup size which varies significantly among different bra manufacturers. My best guess is that you would probably go from a DDD to a D cup with the removal of 450 grams of tissue.
