My face look puffy and unbalance since i have thin figure. i realize its not masseter mucle but enlarge parotid gland and sublingual gland. is it safe to inject the salivary glands with Botox?

Complications to injecting the salivary and parotid gland include but are not limited to dry mouth, duct stones, inflammation and swelling, reduction in the enzymes and acid/base balance of the food you eat in your mouth and therefore poor digestion.There is not enough information base on your query.
