Okay to Use Silicone Pads After Acne Scar Treatments?

I recently (approx. 6 weeks ago) had Fraxel repair, light manual dermasanding and Juvederm to treat severe acne scars. It came out wonderful, still healing. Here is my question: The manner in which I sleep, I end up sleeping resting my chin on my hand and it makes me break out. Is it okay to use silicone pads as a barrier during sleep?
