Dear Duchess46, ANY licensed physician can use ANY FDA approved medication or device as permitted by the FDA. So your neighborhood state licensed family practice doctor, for example despite his/her training can prescribe anything and perform ANY SURGERY he/she wants to in his office. And some do. Silikon-1000 is a permanent filler, so your results, good or bad, are permanent. You must find a board-certified dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon experienced with the micro-droplet technique.
