Lump Beside Nipple 2 Months After Breast Implants

I just got breast implants done about 2 months ago. Mine are the silicone, mentor memory gel implants. I noticed an odd hard area (lump?) tonight while feeling around beside my right nipple that I can feel seems to lead under my nipple. You cannot see the lump, only feel it. I cannot feel anything like it on left breast, only the right. Is this cause for concern? Should I see a doctor? My surgeon is in a different state, 16 hours away, so it is not a possibility to see him again quickly.

Lump underneath by implants

If  you just had surgery it is most likely scar tissue or soemthing related to the surgery.  You did not mention the approach.  If you are concerned, I would suggest you see your doctor to be on the safe side.
