I rarely use high profile implants. However, there should be a rationale for the implants you choose. I usually start with the diameter of the lowest profil implant that most comfortably fits your natural breast. Then you can vary the width and projection to get the look you want. In general, with saline implants, the smaller you go, the more natural they will feel. You do have a small frame. I assume you tried the implants on by stuffing into a surgical bra and then a T-shirt. There is a difference, but only 50 cc's. You can check the chart by the manufacturer to see what the difference will be. Hello My experience with silicone implants is that there is less of a difference in the profile. That is, a high profile silicone implant sits "less proudly" than a high profile saline implant. That being said, there is not much difference between 250 cc and 300 cc. In terms of ounces, you are deciding between 8.3 ounces and 10 ounces.
