Sculptra nodules ( formed about 5 mos after 2nd injection)diagnosed as chronic sialadentitis and incipient mucus escape reaction have caused excessive saliva in my mouth that is driving me insane. I understand steroids can help but I am now absolutely terrified of injecting anything into my body. I need to know any possible side effects. Thank you.

Sculptra is often used to restore volume in the cheeks, temples, jawline. It is not recommended for underneath the eyes as side effects may occur. Thermage or fractional laser will not be helpful in this situation.
