I am 17 and am a 34DD. I hate it. I can never find anything that fits properly and it gets in the way of a lot of things. I think I am too young for surgery and don't particularly want it, but it is becoming too difficult to go on with a normal teenage life. Is there anything I can do to help me in anyway?

Exercise may be helpful to reduce and firm the breast

At age 17 I can understand your frustration with being 'big' and finding clothing that fits properly. We often see young patients with a large breast which appeared rapidly, seemingly out of no where. You probably are too young to consider reduction surgery. Breast concerns

Unfortunately, there is not much available non surgical that would shrink your tissue to any large degree. Thermage does help but probably minimally. You could have liposuction of your breasts depending on if your breasts are fibrous or fatty. Otherwise, the other alternative would be a breast reduction which does leave scars.
