my lips are so thin and my teeth are too short. when I smile the teeth don't show up. could you please suggest the best option to get beautiful smile.

Tooth show, and relationship to lips

First I would disagree that your lips are thin.  You appear to be Middle Eastern, so by your standards that may be true. I don't think that your upper lip is too long, so a lift is not in order here.  I would recommend a trip to the dentist for an evaluation, and maybe a visit to an oral surgeon to study the reltionship of your jaws. sek
