I finished my second 6 month course of 20mg of accutane at the end of October 2011. I was wondering if it is safe to use a rich emollient (Dexeryl), only around the beard area after I shave, which is generally once a week as I am prone to oily skin. I am very worried about this as I want to treat dry skin to avoid irritation around both lower cheek areas, but i want to avoid oily skin as i acknowledge that emollients are very greasy and oily.
