I had a full TT with muscle repair of a large rectus muscle split 12 days ago. Last night a spider ran across my face and startled me and I sat straight up from laying on my back in bed. I felt a sharp stabbing pain in my upper right abdominal section and an achy dull pain is still there 24 hours later. I am very sore and tender in that area to the touch. Way more than I was before the spider incident. Could I have damaged my sutures? Or caused lasting damage? How can I tell if I injured myself?
