Severe Swelling and Pain 2 Days After Cheek Fillers - Normal?

I am two days in from fillers to the cheek bone area. I have severe swelling, i dont recognise myself, my face is so swollen and now my eyes are swelling. I have not slept for two night as so uncomfortable and usually i have quite a high pain threshold, I have been taking solpadine every four hours, I have not been advised in what to do, what can i do to help the swelling? I was told that this would be better a day later but appears to be getting worse, should i be worried?
