I am mature enough to handle this procedure, and I have full support of from my parents. I am 17 and I have to hide my breasts in baggy clothes. I heard silicone implants are better than saline. Am I eligible to get silicone implants?

Don't get hung up on silicone vs saline, focus on symmetry

It is much easier to improve "severe asymmetry" using a postoperatively adjustable saline implant than silicone. These implants allow the surgeon and you to work together for several months adding and subtracting fluid until you get as close to your own best result as possible.
