Isolaz was recommended for my brown spots. I am 59 years old and have had them for a few years. Is fraxel or co2 laser better?

Isolaz Best For Acne
In my opinion, Isolaz is great for improving acne, but only moderately effective for lightening brown spots (sun spots). There are other lasers and techniques (ie. topical creams, chemical peeling) that are much more effective for lightening the brown spots. I recommend you consult with a board-certified dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon for an evaluation and discussion of treatment options.
