Yes, septoplasty and rhinoplasty can be performed during a woman's menstrual cycle. There are no pros or cons to having nasal surgery at that time.

The only plastic surgical operation that should not be performed during a patient's menstrual cycle is a labiaplasty or vaginal rejuvination, otherwise I feel it has really no impact.

There is no advantage or disadvantage to doing rhinoplasty at any time during a woman's cycle. Do the operation when it is convenient for you and your surgeon.

Yes, but some Surgeons believe that this will be a time of increased bleeding if a Rhinoplasty were performed. Since Rhinoplasty Surgery, IMO, doesn't typically bleed much, I would not hesitate to do the surgery however others may feel differently.

I do n ot think it really mattes when you time your surgery around your menstrual cycle. In my practice it has not been a big deal.
