I Had Septoplasty Two Weeks Ago and my Nose is Still Completely Blocked?

I had Septoplasty two weeks ago and my nose is still completly blocked and dripping clear fluid, have been using nasal wash but no air can enter my nose just able to expell a little! please help this is realy worring me do i need to phone the hospital? thank you in advance.
