I have 8 attachments on my teeth, 5 on top and three at the bottom, and curenly it is my second set (third week) of invisilign braces. My question is: two out of the three attachments at the bottom are extremely sensitive. In other words, when I eat or brush teeth, they hurt. I tried ib profen for several days with no results. Any suggetions or advise anyone? Im thining of talking to my doctor v soon.

Short answer: not likely long answer: It is more likely the actual tooth movement that is allowing stimulation of a past of the tooth that has not previously be stimulated much because it wasn't exposed to the environment like your other teeth. This sensation is not uncommon. I suggest to my patient to use Sensodone tooth paste, do an extra fluoride rinse, avoid acidic foods and/or get a Q-tip and rub some fluoride directly on the teeth giving you problems.
