Can I Still Have Semi-Permanent Eye Liner when I Have a Small Mole on my Lower Eye Lid?

I have always had the mole it is below my lower lid and encroaches a little onto the inside of the lower lid. I have been told by the salon it will be ok and I know the beautician is top in this field. I was going to the doctors to check but just have not had time.
