I am seeking to improve my overall facial feature, by shaving down the brow bone, reducing the eye lids, cheek implants and narrowing the nose. Do you think this will greatly improve my facial appeal and can all of this be achieved all at once during surgery?

Improve facial features.
You can achieve a more balanced look of your face with the procedures you described and they all can be done at one time. Furthermore, I will often lower the hairline at the same time. Results of this type of surgery can be seen at my website and at my TG website.

Facial Sculpting
Yes, I believe that you will benefit from these surgeries from your photo. The forehead and brow reduction will definitely be helpful. You may consider a temporal brow lift at the same time. Cheek implants will also help to augment you cheek fullness. I probably would prefer doing the rhinoplasty at a later stage since it is more involved than a simple nasal bone reduction.

Multiple facial procedures
You may want to consider seeing a craniofacial surgeon. While performing a brow reduction, cheek implants and rhinoplasty are certainly feasible, it is lengthy surgery with numerous risks that should be discussed with a surgeon. Computer imaging could be useful but would not definitely provide you with final result. I do not understand the concept of eyelid reduction and this should be clarified.
