Where Could I Seek Burned Scar Remove Treatment in Seattle?

My brother got in an accident when he was 10 years old and the burn was 3rd degree. He is now 21 and his whole face still has the burned scars from the accident. The scars are not convex but his skin's color is not even. We are desperately seeking for a reputable place in Washington where we could seek expert consultation for his treatment. I also have the photos of his scars, please let me know if you want to see them. Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
