Second rhinoplasty to further correct nose tip?

I want to know, can I have a second Rhinoplasty to decrease the span of my nostrils and the bulge of my nose tip? My doctor did do some work, but I am not completely satisfied with the results.

 Both the tip and nostril narrowing can be done. Make sure you see an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon since secondary surgery is much more complicated than primary surgery.
