I developed this problem after receiving laser resurfacing treatments. It was Genesis at first, and then I've had IPL, Aramis, YAG, Med Light trying to fix this problem, with no results, probably because they had the wrong diagnose for my condition.My facial skin has a million of raised sebaceous glands, which makes my face look swollen, obviously a different color and texture from the skin on my neck. Some times the skin on my face feels numb, some times sting and itch. Oil production is crazy.

Multiple sebaceous glands

If you haven't seen a board certified dermatologist to evaluate your skin, you should consider doing so to make sure there is no underlying condition of which you and your doctors should know that is associated wtih these bumps, especially if they are sebaceous related.  Not to concern you, but there are internal disorders at times that are associated with these findings and can run in patient's families. often there is not a good cure for the skin bumps and lasers can ... more
