I am 43 and had my full tummy tuck and breast lift 7 weeks ago, including abdominal wall repair. I discovered over the weekend that I am quite unexpectedly pregnant, in spite of preventive measures. I would never terminate the pregnancy unless there were serious health risks to either myself or the baby. What are the potential risks, aside from probably ruining my surgery results?

Hopefully the pain and swelling will resolve over time. If it persists, consider asking your plastic surgeon to refer you to a general surgeon for second opinion.
