Sculptra in the temple region
I believe that Sculptra injected in the temporal region is recognized as safe, and permanent facial paralysis would be rare. The injection technique in the temple area is usually a deep depot injection where the Sculptra is placed below the temporal muscle, with the Sculptra placed on the bone level. The chances of injuring the nerve which runs through this area is rare in my experience.

Paralysis following Sculptra
I have not heard of facial paralysis as a result of Sculptra injections in or near the temple region or on the face.
