Sculptra On Chin Now Have Granulomas. What Do They Look Like?

I have some large granulomas that have formed after having sculptra around my chin. Can these granulomas be seen on an x-ray? If so what will they look like?

Lumps on chin after Sculptra injections

Lumps after Sculptra can occur, but rarely if done with the proper dilution, post-injection massaging, and injecting micro-droplets with each pass of the needle. Sometimes you can feel them, but cannot see them. If this is the case, don't worry about it. If you can see them, however, I suggest massage and patience. Ultimately, if it persists, an injection of Kenalog (a cortisone product) may help. It time, they usually subside, but it may take over a year. Good luck. more
