Why Are Sculptra Inections Spaced 6-8 Weeks Apart?

If it takes sculptra 4-6 months to peak why are injections spaced 6-8 weeks apart, would it not be better to wait 6 months before next injection so not to overfill

Sculptra

Unlike the hyaluronic acid fillers and Radiesse, the effects of Sculptra are gradual. It takes about 6-8 weeks for the results to show, allowing the injector to see what areas need to be further treated.

Sculptra takes time to work

Sculptra, unlike other fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane, produces gradual improvement through the stimulation of collagen production in your skin. This process takes time and injecting Sculptra every 6-8 weeks allows the physician to see the changes and add more to areas that need it, or less to areas that do not. Waiting longer will usually not effect the ultimate results.
