Are Sculptra Bumps Permanent?

I have bumps under both eyes, with a lot of granulomas. Are these permanent, or is there any treatment that might help dissolve/minimize them?

Treatment of Sculptra granulomas

Most Sculptra granulomas will resolve over time. Treating them with injections of Kenalog or 5-FU will also help to expedite their resolution.
