Scrotal Cyst Removal Incision Not Healing Properly

I recently had several scrotal cysts removed by my doctor. The surgery went well and he stitched me up. I had my followup appointment with him about 3 days ago. He told me that based on what he saw, the healing would be fine and that I did not have an infection. However, today, the last of my stitches fell out and one of the incisions opened up. I can see the white membrane inside of the skin and the edges of the incision are healed. Do I need to go back and see him again, or will this heal?
