I went to a vein clinic/specialist and they said for 800 dollars they could perform sclerotherapy on a bulging forehead vein I have. I posted a picture. I wanted a second opinion. Is sclerotherapy safe for this? Is hair loss a high possibility if removed? What is the likelihood of another vein appearing and bulging in my forehead to pickup the other vein's work? Are there any natural ways to solve this or what is the safest/best option in order get rid of it? Thank you.
