4 weeks post op, I have popping sound when I sit down and accidentally leaning on arm. Is this normal?

Four weeks ago tomorrow I exchanged my 225s to 325ccs and had a pocket repair to keep my breasts from going off to the sides. Forgetting, I used my arm for brief support as I plopped down onto my bed tonight. I hope what I heard was my lately very underused shoulder pop (my bra is very supportive and upper body still adjusting, no clue where it came from!) Am I still that fragile 4 weeks out? I am 5'1 and 85lbs, hoping that brief judgment lapse couldn't likely harm stitches or scar tissue.
