Can excess nipple or breast skin be removed even if I'm past 50 years old?

Unless you have serious health issues your age is not an issue. I have performed revision breast surgery on healthy 80 and 90 year old patients. A breast lift will remove the extra skin and allow your surgeon to shape a prettier, more youthful breast. Fixing inverted nipples is generally quite straight forward and can be done at the same time or as a separate procedure in the office. Good luck. Dr J
