Many different options

I personally have a Sciton laser that treats small vessels on the face and it works really well.  But, there are many lasers on the market that can do the same.

Laser resurfacing makes broken capillaries worse

Laser resurfacing inflames the skin and can make capillaries and small blood vessels worse and can worsen Rosacea. The best treatment for broken capillaries is the Photofacial or IPL. larger blood vessels require a 1064nm laser. Sciton makes bot an IPL and a 1064.
