My Scars Are Still Red After 10 Days of V-Beam Treatment - Any Alternatives?

I had 4 fraxel treatments 5 months ago and vbeam 10 days back. I still see scars with redness with out any improvement. I heard VBeam removes redness but looks like none of the lasers are working on my skin. Is there any alternative than vbeam to remove redness and scars.
