Are these red, raised, white, dark, shiny? Scars and pigmentation issues come in many different textures and colors.  Treatments vary considerably depending on the type of scar.

What to do about 3 year old scars from laser hair removal

Unfortunately we need to see what the scars look like to be able to tell what if anything will be helpful.  The treatment for pigmentation change is very different from keloids which is very different from atrophic scars. Please include a photo.
