Hello - I two kinds of facial scars - white, itchy slightly raised ones, and pitted, pock marks - these are all from chickenpox 14-ish years ago. What is the most effective and quick way to treat them? Thanks in advance x

Pox scar management
You should see a plastic surgeon or other facial plastic surgeon to review the options available to you. In a nutshell, pitted scars have to be excised and dish scars (the wide ones) require lasering of the periphery to diminish the step off at the scar edge. But your doctor may have other ideas as well that may help in your situation. Good luck and know what your doctor's revision policy is as its likely you may need some. Lasering will require more then one session as well.
