About 3 months ago I had a pimple right above my eyebrow and like an idiot I popped it and it scabbed over. 2 days later I was washing my face and accidentally took the scab off before it was ready to come. Initially a small indentation, the scar is now perfectly level with the skin. The only thing noticeable is that its slightly pinker and has a clear circular border.Now I'm noticing pores and fine hairs growing from this skin. I didn't think scars had either of those...what is this on my face?

Pimple may not have been a pimple.

The most likely explanation for this strange situation is that the small bump you initially saw and treated as a pimple, was not a pimple at all, but some other growth. You may have traumatized it, cause it to scab, and when the scab came off it continued "healing", but the original growth is showing itself again.
If there are hairs and other unusual skin changes developing on the spot, I would recommend letting a board-certified dermatologist take a close...
